The staff were so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We had welcome drinks and refreshing face towels on arrival.The room was beautifully presented with a lovely bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was a good sized room that was quiet with no road noise. Location was close to the train station and it was walking distance to small local food shops otherwise a short tuk tuk ride to the city. We walked back from the Temple of the Tooth which was about 30 mins. The restaurant was still not operational as they have only been open one month. Would definitely recommend.
Exceptional staff: The receptionist and the manager were incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the stay. They even upgraded us to a bigger room on request, which was much appreciated.
Newly built property: Very clean, modern, and well-maintained.
Safe and well-located: The hotel is not in an isolated area — there are cafes and other places nearby, making it a safe and convenient choice for both locals and international travelers.
Spacious main room and beds: The main bed was very comfortable, and the overall room size was excellent.
I had an amazing stay at orbit 88,the place and room was amazing.situated at city limit so it is easy to reach to the kandy town and tooth relic temple..Great service and friendly staff made everything possible to make my stay unforgettable.well designed rooms with modern amenties, super comfy bed.really good value.Highly recommended for anyone who hope to visit.plan to stay next visit to kandy as well.

We had a comfortable stay at Orbit88 by AMR. The hotel is new, modern, and neat. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
We visited during New Year’s, and they thoughtfully included us in their traditional celebration, which was a lovely and memorable touch. The beds were comfortable, and the location is ideal — in a quiet area, yet still close to the city center.
Highly recommended for a relaxing and pleasant city stay!
